Works of law are the Laws of Yahweh regulating of the actions of its members and enforced by the imposition of penalties. But, WORKS, they are free from the LAW if you are faithfully serving Yahweh in Her service. The Conditional Sacrifice freed you from the works of law that were experienced by ancient Israel. At that time, Yahweh proved to them they could not follow Her Laws to completed perfection to regain their own perfection which consists of breaking no laws willfully. The Sacrifice came with conditions or stipulations that must be met in order to come under and remain under the ransomed blood of Christ. Those STIPULATIONS, if not met, keep a person under WORKS OF LAW. Simply put: The Law of Yahweh remains working within those that are disobedient. To be in this CONDITION, you would remain under the original Judgment of Execution. Another example is Satan and his demons. They remain under LAW irregardless, because they have no way of offsetting Yahweh's Works of Law. 6 Comments Revelation 3:2 "Be alert and strengthen what remains, which is about to die, for I have not found your works complete before My God." Uncompleted works spell what? Lacking sufficient works (children excepted) results in what? Classed as what? Classed as evil because of being insufficient in Yahweh's eyes results in eternal death. Still think faith alone will save anyone of adult age? If grace was all that's necessary for salvation - then ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED would be the truth, because NO WORKS would be necessary. Everyone would be in the category of children that are not expected to perform works. But adults: Revelation 2:23 "I will kill her children with the plague. Then all the churches will know that I am the One who examines minds and hearts, and I will give to each of you according to your works." ACCORDING TO YOUR WORKS - NOT JUST FAITH. And even the demons are moved by works. For if the demons wish a chance at survival, they cannot simply sit back and hope Satan wins the war for them. This is true for the converts also, There lives depend on their works in conjunction with helping Satan's side. Revelation 2:23 "I will kill her children with the plague. Then all the churches will know that I am the One who examines minds and hearts, and I will give to each of you according to your works." Read this carefully, and you will understand why the children in these end times have not been raptured. Because of mankind's evilness, Yahweh is sacrificing their children to the pit of destruction. She will however save the children of Her faithful. But as it was in ancient Israel's day when they executed even the enemies children, so will it be in this end time. Does that make Yahweh a murderer of children? Satan says YES. But irregardless, what has been will be again. In conclusion. Satan has blasted Yahweh with further argument, that the children slated for destruction have no say in their fates, because they neither have faith or works because of their mental capacities not yet having reached maturity. Whether Satan's argument holds merit or not, being speculative can get you into deep trouble with our Creator: 1 Timothy 1:3, 4 "False Doctrine and Misuse of the Law As I urged you when I went to Macedonia, remain in Ephesus so that you may command certain people not to teach other doctrine or to pay attention to myths and endless genealogies. These promote empty speculations rather than God's plan, which operates by faith." In this Scripture, Satan claims Yahweh is contradictory once again by invoking LAW into the requirement through stating it was misused. Because Satan and his angels have never admitted they sinned. They feel they have not sinned by desiring liberty from Yahweh's rule. If you live in the United States, are you apologetic to England for pulling away from the Queen's authority and seeking what you now have? Or, do you feel PRIDE in the break from Her and the new found LIBERTY you experience in this country? These same questions apply to Satan and his spirit followers that rebelled from the Royal Crown of our Majesty Yahweh and formed their own UNION based on a more liberal rule. Does Yahweh hate Satan and the other fallen angels? She hates evil. i.e., anyone that opposes Her Rule. She hates what they have become. Could Yahweh bend Her law to show mercy to Satan and his demons? Romans 9:15 "For He tells Moses: I will show mercy to whom I show mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." With Yahweh's law She can show mercy to whom She pleases - Satan and his demons NOT included in a show of mercy. Satan says that proves Her vindictiveness. And with the LOZ, She gives this same command at Armageddon: Deuteronomy 7:2 "and when the LORD your God delivers them over to you and you defeat them, you must completely destroy them. Make no treaty with them and show them no mercy." And how will Yahweh deliver the evil class over to the LOZ? With Her disasters in nature. So, Romans 9:18 "So then, He shows mercy to whom He wills, and He hardens whom He wills." Yahweh hardens hearts just like She did Pharaoh in ancient times. Satan says Yahweh accuses him of interference of free will, but is guilty of the same tactic. And, Satan accuses Yahweh of being a liar about free will and having favorable works, because he says She already knows who She will show mercy regardless of your faith or works: Romans 9:16 "So then it does not depend on human will or effort, but on God who shows mercy." with that Scripture stated, and this: Romans 3:28 "For we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from works of law." Important point - WORKS OF LAW - but NOT necessarily WORKS by means of your faith. Because if faith alone saves you, then what about this: Psalm 62:12 "and faithful love belongs to You, LORD. For You repay each according to his works." Do you think faith alone can save you? Satan accuses Yahweh of double talk. He says that the Word is two faced, because of this: 2 Timothy 1:9 "who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began." And especially because of this: James 2:14 "[ Faith and Works ] What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith, but does not have works? Can his faith save him?" So, are you saved totally by grace? If you believe that, then you had better be aware of this: Revelation 2:23 "I will kill her children with the plague. Then all the churches will know that I am the One who examines minds and hearts, and I will give to each of you according to your works." This is all food for thought. In looking back at the earlier part of my life I realize that one of the major things that I was missing in the doctrine that I was brought up in, was a close and personal relationship with Yahweh. Back then I was led to believe and it felt as though God was in a very far off place and barely reachable except through the intervention of certain saints or a priest, but in having been enlightened to the Truth and via the taking in of Her manna from heaven, I am now able to actually feel Her presence all around me and within me. I now know that when I speak Her name as I approach Her in prayer, no one and nothing else is needed, required or necessary to reach Her because She is really, truly and honestly not just hearing me but really listening to me - no matter how small and insignificant I might feel. I am certain that if I felt this way for most of my life, then there are others who also feel this way and it’s my sincere hope and prayer that via this ministry we might reach those who are in need of the close and personal relationship available to us all with our loving Mother and Father Yahweh. This is why I chose this lovely poem by Helen Steiner Rice (it's title I used as the title of this submission), one of my favorite poets, to share with you all this week. It is full of small reminders of all the ways that Yahweh is there for us always and for eternity should we chose to turn to Her in uncertain and discouraging times. Sometimes we feel uncertain and unsure of everything - Afraid to make decisions, dreading what the day will bring. We keep wishing it were possible to dispel all fear and doubt And to understand more readily just what life is all about. God has given us the answers, which too often go unheeded, But if we search His promises we’ll find everything that’s needed To lift our faltering spirits and renew our courage, too, For there’s absolutely nothing too much for God to do... For the LORD is our salvation and strength in every fight, our redeemer and protector, our eternal guiding light. He has promised to sustain us, He’s our refuge from all harms, And underneath this refuge are the everlasting arms... So cast your burden on Him, seek His counsel when distressed, And go to Him for comfort when you’re lonely and oppressed... For in God is our encouragement in trouble and in trials, And in suffering and in sorrow He will turn our tears to smiles. In the news currently is a big story, involving the proposed “Ground Zero Mosque” and a pastor from Florida who had plans to burn copies of the Quran on September 11th as a statement against the location of the mosque, which is the day before this newsletter will be published. But whether or not this will happen, or what the repercussions might or might not be, is not the real focus of my article this week but instead the pondering of the situation and how it may be applied as a lesson in following Yahweh’s Way. Since the Tribulation began and even before, I have watched so much going on around me and on both ends of the spectrum. I have watched people complacently living their lives while oblivious to what is going on around them and, I have watched people become frustrated, angered and triggered into drastic actions due to what is going on around them. When asked my thoughts on this news story and the actions of this pastor and possible consequences should he go through with his plans, which is clearly an instance of the latter, I felt as I have about many issues since I began to serve Yahweh and Christ and come to a better understanding of Yahweh’s Way. It’s In God’s Hands. And it’s not that I don’t care about current events or the people these events affect or the physical lives that are lost or might be lost, it’s simply that I know that it is all under control and part of a plan mapped out long ago. Ecclesiastes 3:17-18 I said to myself, "God will judge the righteous and the wicked, since there is a time for every activity and every work." So many, are taking things into their own hands with empty arguments, fruitless debates and senseless acts of violence. Arguing and debating what we know to be truth does not change anything, nor does making threats or outwardly significant gestures like burning the books of other beliefs does nothing. Perhaps it’s because they do not understand the concept of love, or the seriousness of the times we live in and the precariousness of so many eternal lives, or maybe because they have not known or come to know our amazing God, but it’s like spitting on a fire to put it out. These things are fruitless and truly do not matter in the greater scheme of things. They are simply bi-products of prophecy that is currently being fulfilled. What mankind needs most of all right now is not pastors making religious or political statements, not more arguments and debates, not acts of violence to make a point based on personal beliefs - but truth. And hope. And love. And encouragement. These things do not require drastic actions, television or radio time, or loud speeches, or acts of violence. It is done consistently but also quietly and patiently and not out of hatred for those who have not the same beliefs or who oppose us, but out of love. What’s most important right now is to follow the first and second greatest commands of loving Yahweh and loving one another, and if possible and whenever possible, share truth. Everything else... It’s In God’s Hands. So no matter what is going on around you, remain focused on Yahweh and do your best at walking in Christ’s footsteps. And at each crossroad you come to ask yourself, “What would Christ do?” and then move forward knowing with certainty that whatever the situation may be, It’s In God’s Hands. Let other’s know. Allow this belief to overflow from your heart and shine brightly so that others will see and understand. And when you’re feeling anxious or worried or frightened, repeat it often. It’s In God’s Hands. Proverbs 7:4 Say to wisdom, "You are my sister," and call understanding [your] relative. Understanding a wisdom that far surpasses our own can be difficult at times, whether circumstances are by choice, by chance and happening or otherwise. As we go through life, we increase our knowledge on various subjects. At the start of our life we learned to roll over, crawl, stand, walk and then run. In our school-aged years, we learned the alphabet, then how to write and read. Later, we composed papers and theses of our own based on knowledge we gained and were beginning to better understand. For the most part we had a parent, teacher or older relative to guide us in learning. Some of these lessons were difficult to understand and took more time or studying in which to master. Others came easily. But through it all we learned and as we learned we grew and as we grew we were shaped into the individuals that we are today. If you take the above and apply it to how Yahweh helps to bring us to a more complete knowledge and understanding, one thing that could be pointed out is that we did not learn to run before we had learned to walk. We did not solve complicated math equations before we could count. We did not write book reports before we could read and write. There was a certain progression that took place based on what our developing minds were able to take in, learn and hold on to. In many ways the way that progression still applies in the ways that we learn what is taught by Yahweh. In this stage of my development, I’ve learned that the ways in which Father helps us to learn the depths of Her knowledge and wisdom is multifaceted. And I know that for me personally, I cannot be reminded enough that in all instances and in every experience both good and bad there is something to be learned. But it’s those experiences that seem to be the hardest to understand, because we have not yet reached that particular depth of knowledge because other things must be learned first in order to get to a higher level of understanding first. Much like understanding algebra before one has learned to multiply. It can even seem impossible to understand. Then there are those that seem hardest or impossible to learn on the outside because they’re encased within a particular bad situation that might bring pain or hardship. In these I feel we have the most to learn and, they can at times be the most difficult to learn. It can be difficult because it takes looking past the outer shell of what might be very hard to deal with, accept or understand and then inward for the lesson contained within. Or, In order to do that we must first say that we accept whatever it is that is a challenge to us in understanding and then search for the lesson that difficulty brings. In some of the more difficult cases we must simply accept in blind faith that which we don’t understand and humbly wait through endurance for the lesson to be revealed, and this takes a certain level of trust and faith in Yahweh that through Her love She will and through this process we will be brought to a higher level of understanding. We cannot assume to know the depths of our Creator’s wisdom because it is so deep and goes so far beyond our own knowledge and understanding that it cannot be measured or anticipated. We cannot assume that we know better because quite simply we do not. How could we when She is the potter and we the clay? She always has something new to reveal and so therefore we must wait patiently, in the same way that She patiently awaits us in learning the lessons She teaches, and in acceptance and accordance to Her Will and Her Way as She molds us and forms us. Our loving Mother, in all Her wisdom and vast storehouse of knowledge, is the One who guides us through life and into eternal life. An ever-patient teacher, She helps us in elevating our level of knowledge and increasing our growth by bringing us from one stage to another. On our part, all that must be done is trust, faith, and the desire to learn Her Way and in the end come to know Her and as well. And most importantly, we must accept those lessons that She has to teach and know that they come from a place of love regardless of the form that they come in, always being grateful that She takes the time to teach us at all. 2 Corinthians 13:5-6 Test yourselves [to see] if you are in the faith. Examine yourselves. Or do you not recognize for yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you? - unless you fail the test. James 1:2-3 Consider it a great joy, my brothers, whenever you experience various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. But endurance must do its complete work, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing. There are two types of tests. Those that we place upon ourselves, when examining and searching our hearts, and those that are placed upon us through chance and happenings. Every test of our faith to Yahweh serves a purpose. In producing endurance and character and maturity and completeness. There’s a common saying “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” and I have found it often to be very true. It does take strength as well as determination to get through the various trials and tribulations. And when the decks seems stacked against you it takes a strict resoluteness of faith and trust in our loving Mother that in the end all will be well and there is specific purpose behind all that we experience in both the good, and the bad. As Job said, “The LORD gives, and the LORD takes away”. Isn’t it always the easiest to be faithful and obedient when everything is going our way? And isn’t it also more difficult when we pass through difficult times? But what would we learn and how would we grow if all our times were easy ones? And when our times are hard ones, it would be very easy to feel deflated, defeated and mournful over the things we experience. But how much more uplifting is it to see things in a different light? Not that everything bad is happening to you, but instead, that these tests of faith will make you stronger and not just in one way but in many ways. When you run your first mile, does it not seem at the time very hard? And when you run your second and your third, does it not get easier? And then you look back on the first mile you ran and think to yourself, “Gee, that was nothing and look how far I’ve come.” Yahweh is always helping us to grow and to learn via our experiences. To help us to see and understand Her way of thinking and be in union with Her and in Her will and in harmony with one another. And we must always, always remember Her deep love for Her creation and all of us regardless of any situation we might find ourselves in. We have the choice of standing before the tallest mountain and being told we must climb it and saying to ourselves, “It’s too big, I can’t.” or, “It’s big, but with Father’s help I can.” And while Father may not carry you up that mountain, She will provide all the things that you need to make it to the top. The tools and equipment necessary for survival as well as the provisions that will keep you safe from harm. From there it’s up to each of us to take the first step. All it takes is a different perspective and one day, we will all be able to look back and see how far we’ve come, and how much closer to Yahweh we are. If only we stand the test of faith. Hebrews 11:1 [ Heroes of Faith ] Now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen. I knew before I began, that I wanted to write about faith and trust in our loving Mother Yahweh. And when I came across this Scripture, I began to ponder just what being a hero means. Who are my heroes? And what qualities do they possess that makes them a hero to me? As I thought about it, I could honestly say that I have many heros, but they are also all members of the Holy Family. Yahweh and Christ Jesus our loving Savior are of course, at the top of the list - yes, they are most definitely my heroes, but there are also many others who have stood steadfast and exhibited the qualities that I find so admirable - faith and trust in our Mother. There are many who are wiser, more knowledgeable, who have fought longer and harder and there are those who have also exhibited a quiet faithfulness and gentle trusting nature. They are all heroes to me. It’s interesting to me too, that words that are related to the word hero, include “champion”, and “fighter”. A champion is someone who has defeated all their opponents, and I often feel, as I’m sure many of you do, that when it comes to maintaining our integrity which includes faith and trust in our Creator, we must fight for it. Our opposers are many and they are determined and it takes strength and conviction to battle with them. 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight for the faith; take hold of eternal life, to which you were called and have made a good confession before many witnesses. 2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Sometimes the fight involves one from within our own selves and not from a direct opponent. That might mean fighting off the urge to not have trust, or not have faith and it too must be overcome, beaten down, rooted out before it takes hold and extinguishes any possibility of eternal life. 1 Corinthians 1:10 [ Divisions at Corinth ] Now I urge you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all say the same thing, that there be no divisions among you, and that you be united with the same understanding and the same conviction. Such wise words, “there be no divisions among you, and that you be united with the same understanding and the same conviction”. As a family, we must be heroes of faith for one another. Let there be no divisions, and let us be united in the same understanding and conviction that our God is righteous, and trustworthy and we can place all our trust and faith in Her and Her plan. In that way we shed Her light from within and share it with one another. And no matter where we turn, or where we look, there is light and a hero can be found in every direction. What if I lose my job? What if I look like a slob? What if I lose my house? What if it’s my spouse? What if I get really sick? What if the clock doesn’t tick? What if I can’t pay my bills? What if the milk spills? What if the sun didn’t rise? What if I just up and die? What if I can’t walk that far? What if I crash my car? What if I lose my keys? What if my cat gets fleas? What if he says no? What if I can’t go? What if the rain pours? What if they start a war? What if the wind blows? What if I stub my toe? What if it’s all a guise? What if this is goodbye? What if I trip and fall? What if I miss the call? What if I lose my way? What if I’m led astray? What if it gets a lot worse? What if there’s no next verse? Put the what ifs right out of your mind For on our Mother we can rely. Isaiah 40:12 Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand or marked off the heavens with the span [of his hand]? Who has gathered the dust of the earth in a measure or weighed the mountains in a balance and the hills in scales? Everything in creation has balance. Night and day, rain and shine, water and earth, happiness and sadness, love and hate, pride and humility, predator and prey, positive and negative, good and evil. In nature, there is a theory that there is a delicate balance in ecological systems in which any small change in some particular parameter, like the size of a population, that will be corrected by feedback that will bring things back into a point of balance with the rest of the system. We see delicate balances in the human body and mind, behaviors and even in socially within our own circles. Any upset in this balance can cause problems that if not corrected, could lead to issues, problems and sometimes ultimately calamity. I think of Yahweh as being perfect balance and the One who controls the delicate balances within Her creation. Proverbs 16:11 Honest balances and scales are the LORD's; all the weights in the bag are His concern. What we observe in the world right now is creation out of balance. Out of balance with Yahweh, in nature, in ourselves. And when you think about how difficult it can be to maintain balance within yourself and your own life, imagine how amazing Yahweh is to be able to maintain the balance of Her entire creation. Right now it is broken and filled with cancerous evil that rages among us and it is mirrored in the world around us, not only in how we treat one another but also in how the balance of nature and living things is so out of whack. It has been this way from the moment Dawn Lucifer Satan the Devil rebelled against Father and he caused an upset in the delicate balance of creation but the hope lies in knowing that Yahweh has a plan that will bring Her creation back into balance. It’s this matter of balance that the Spiritual War is all about - balancing the scales of justice but also of Her creation and bringing balance back to Father’s good name through sanctification and vindication. Revelation 6:5 [ The Third Seal ] When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" And I looked, and there was a black horse. The horseman on it had a balance scale in his hand. While only Yahweh knows exactly how and when this will be completed, we can each do our best at bringing balance to creation by starting with ourselves. By introspectively searching our own hearts and uprooting that which is considered evil in Yahweh’s sight and by searching with whole hearts for Yahweh. It’s in starting with ourselves that we can help restore balance and in knowing that we too will be weighed by what is in our hearts, we humbly listen for Her guidance and direction and follow Her instruction. Job 31:6 let God weigh me with an accurate balance, and He will recognize my integrity. Remaining in balance with Yahweh, the Holy Family and Her creation also means exhibiting obedience, faith, loyalty and love. In following Her commandments we are in balance with Her and Her plan and in union with Her will. Strive each day to maintain this balance, and our integrity, so that we might be counted worthy of admission into Christ’s Kingdom and eternal life. | AuthorRegina, Light of Life Minister ArchivesOctober 2011 CategoriesAll |
