A gentle wind
Your arms around me

A tall oak tree
Bears Your signature

Its rustling leaves
A cover for my head

The twinkling stars
Your eyes upon me

A forest waterfall
You speak to me

Falling raindrops
Kisses upon my cheeks

Rolling waves
Reveal Your heartbeat

Majestic mountain ranges
Your never-ending strength

A perfect rose
Your beautiful smile

A warm breeze
Your whispers in my ear

The pale moonlight
A promise of eternity

A crackling fire
Your spirit within me

Morning dewdrops on petals
Your tears for children lost

All in Father
Father in All

Until last night, I’ve always wondered what makes an Atheist tick. What is it that keeps them from having faith, or being open to the Truth of Christ and the existence of God. Then I saw a television programcalled “The Case for Christ”, which was a story told from the perspective of an Atheist (an investigative reporter) who’s wife became a Christian and his journey into the facts of the Scriptures and discovery that Jesus truly was and is the Son of God.

What impressed me the most was the honesty of this man. While he didn’t believe, he went into this journey with an open mind and vowed to himself that wherever the facts led him, he’d accept. His standpoint was very much an investigative one - in the same way that a crime is investigated. He took all of the evidence and weighed it out before he came to any conclusions. This was a long process that took several years to complete, and he spoke to many experts but at the end he could not deny where the facts were pointing him. He said that finally, after all was said and done and all the facts had been gathered, it would have taken more faith for him to continue his beliefs as an Atheist than it would to just accept that there truly is a God and that Jesus Christ truly was and is His only son.

I think what touched me most of all, was the confession he made of his feelings as an Atheist whose wife had accepted Christ. He said that first and foremost he was very angry, because he simply did not want to be held accountable for his life; but that at the same time he was really scared because he felt like he was losing his wife to this Christian movement. He could see the changes taking place in her since her acceptance of Christ into her heart.

At John 12:35 it is written, “The one who walks in darkness doesn't know where he's going.”

This television show documented this one man’s journey from the darkness into the light and it was an amazing and inspiring story, but I think what touched me most of all is the fact that not only did this man approach his investigation with an open mind, but also with an open heart. For him, a light dawned in the darkness and there is no doubt in my mind that it was the work of the Holy Spiritthat led him, like a light shining over his head in the darkness, down the path that he walked in his journey of discovery.

Job 29:3 “when His lamp shone above my head, and I walked through darkness by His light!”

This man went on to talk about how much his life had changed since he’d accepted Truth into his life and Christ into his heart. So much so, that even his five year old daughter could see the change in him. She went to Bible School and told her teacher that she wanted Christ to make a difference in her life in the same way she had seen him make a difference in her Daddy’s.

Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now [you are] light in the Lord. Walk as children of light -

I write this article not only because I was touched by this man’s story, but also because I feel that because of it I now have more compassion for those who walk in darkness. The emotions of anger and fear can be powerful ones. I understand that there is fear involved with the idea of having to be accountable for our lives. And I understand that there is anger involved with the idea of “losing” a loved one who has accepted Christ into their lives. There is a separation that occurs, because this person changes, from the inside out, and it is evident to all that know them. God’s light then begins to shines through them and it is unmistakable.

What one must do, however, in order to become a part of the light, is to overcome the power of anger and fear that act as chains to the darkness. These are the chains that Satan has become very familiar with and also uses to keep many in captivity. And what we, as believers must do is have love and compassion for those who are chained to the darkness and pray for them diligently, that their minds, eyes and hearts will be exposed to the light that shines from within, so that they too will not be lost for eternity.

While reading and studying the scriptures the other day, I began to make a correlation with the help of the Holy Spirit that I'd like to share with all of you. I think the one thing that I find most amazing about the Word, is how it truly is like a jigsaw puzzle. It also compounds the fact that the Scriptures are complete and whole in every way, both Old and New Testaments and both are required in order to obtain proper nutrition, knowledge, understanding and ultimately spiritual growth.

The first time we hear about "rest" is at Genesis 2:2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing, so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.

Now, skipping forward to Psalm 95:11 we see that it says, "So I swore in My anger, 'They will not enter My rest."

What exactly is "My rest"? Let's move ahead to the New Testament at Hebrews 3:18, which refers to the Psalm 95:11 verse: at Hebrews 3:18 it says: And to whom did He "swear that they would not enter His rest," if not those who disobeyed?

And then, at at Hebrews 4:1-4 The Promised Rest
Therefore, while the promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear so that none of you should miss it. For we also have received the good news just as they did; but the message they heard did not benefit them, since they were not united with those who heard it in faith (for we who have believed enter the rest), in keeping with what He has said:
So I swore in My anger,
they will not enter My rest.
And yet His works have been finished since the foundation of the world, for somewhere He has spoken about the seventh day in this way:
And on the seventh day
God rested from all His works.

Currently, we are just slightly over the 6,000 year mark from the time when Eve committed sin, and Adam shortly thereafter. The marked time of the eternal death sentence began when they had each sinned, and not from the actual time they were created.

Mankind is kept in the dark as to the actual date that Adam and Eve sinned, because it symbolizes that no one knows the exact day when Yahweh will bring forth the Wrath and so that no one can attempt to calculate the exact day of Armageddon.

The rest, actually comes after Armageddon, and it is the Millennium. The establishment of Christ's Kingdom. It is the 1,000 year period in which those who have been found faithful will have the opportunity to be enlightened and trained in The Way. At the end of which there will be another testing period when Dawn (Satan the Devil) and his demons will be let loose to test mankind. The final test will be the same test that the first perfect pair (Adam and Eve) were subjected to - that of standing firm in their faith and loyalty to Yahweh.

Now, keep in mind that to Yahweh, a day is 1,000 years. So, the Millennium directly correlates to the "day of rest" which was taken at the beginning of creation. And, when it says at Psalm 95:11 we see that it says, "So I swore in My anger, 'They will not enter My rest." it is referring to those who will not make it into Christ's Kingdom for the Millennium. It speaks of those that will come under Yahweh's wrath at Armageddon.

You may, at this point, be wondering "Well, how can I keep from coming under Yahweh's wrath? What will ensure my entrance into the Kingdom?"

Matthew 7:14 How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it.

This ministry is the same as Christ's. No more. No less. It is the Narrow Path, and few find it. My advice… Search deeply and consider the condition of your heart. Accept Christ as your Lord and Savior. Read what we, the ministers of the Light of Life Ministry have to share. Listen with not your ears, but your heart. Open your eyes, and allow Father’s light to shine in.

Probably one of the most controversial topics argued about amongst Christians and non-Christians alike, is whether or not the world was created in 7 actual 24-hour days. What might actually top that argument, is whether or not Armageddon will actually occur.

For the most part, those who are warned of the coming wrath, but that don’t believe that Armageddon will actually occur, respond by saying, “People have been saying it’s the end of the world for 2,000 years, and it hasn’t happened yet!”

Let’s take a look at this using the Scriptures.

Psalm 75:2 "When I choose a time, I will judge fairly.”

I love this scripture, because it asks us to recognize that Yahweh is the keeper of time, not us.  It says when I choose a time. Yahweh does all things in Her own time. She is consistent and has never at a single point in all of history not come through with something She said She would do.

The following scripture goes in to more detail:

Ecclesiastes 3
The Mystery of Time
There is an occasion for everything,
and a time for every activity under heaven:
a time to give birth and a time to die;
a time to plant and a time to uproot;
a time to kill and a time to heal;
a time to tear down and a time to build;
a time to weep and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn and a time to dance;
a time to throw stones and a time to gather stones;
a time to embrace and a time to avoid embracing;
a time to search and a time to count as lost;
a time to keep and a time to throw away;
a time to tear and a time to sew;
a time to be silent and a time to speak;
a time to love and a time to hate;
a time for war and a time for peace.
What does the worker gain from his struggles? I have seen the task that God has given people to keep them occupied. He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also put eternity in their hearts, but man cannot discover the work God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and enjoy the good life. It is also the gift of God whenever anyone eats, drinks, and enjoys all his efforts. I know that all God does will last forever; there is no adding to it or taking from it. God works so that people will be in awe of Him. Whatever is, has already been, and whatever will be, already is. God repeats what has passed.

While this scripture is full of nutrition, there are two things I’d like to point out. One, “He has made everything appropriate in its time”.  We are warned over and over again in the scriptures of Yahweh’s wrath. In fact, the word wrath is mentioned 164 times in the scriptures. For anyone to say that we have not been warned, or that Yahweh does not have a wrathful side, is purely blindness on their part.

Psalm 90:11 “Who understands the power of Your anger? Your wrath matches the fear that is due You.”

Yahweh has stored Her anger for a very long time with ultimate and perfect patience. And, just as Yahweh has said that She will display Her anger, She has also promised that once it is over she will no longer be angry. Yahweh has done this, so that we may see that following anyone else’s ways aside from Hers, specifically Satan’s, simply does not work.

Ezekiel 16:42 “So I will satisfy My wrath against you, and My jealousy will turn away from you. Then I will be silent and no longer angry.”

And the second portion of the Ecclesiastes verses that I’d like to point out is, “God repeats what has passed.” This can be specifically seen in the stories told in the scriptures. The books of Revelation or Daniel aren’t the only places where one can read about the coming wrath. As an example, the Great Flood, Sodom and Gomorrah and the Exodus of the Jews from Egypt are all telling the story of a judgment period and wrath that came upon large groups of mankind.  They, and others, are all indicative of how Yahweh repeats what has passed.

So, to sum up this little article, everything happens in Yahweh’s own timing. Yahweh’s timing is without fault, as She knows the beginning from the end. What She has said will happen in the future has been shown to us in the past. And, because She is a loving God She has warned us in many ways but primarily through the Scriptures. She has shared volumes of guidance and given ample warnings. To assume that because it’s taken longer than we, as mere humans, have expected for Her wrath to be poured out, does not mean it will not happen. It will simply happen in Her. Own. Time.

I thought I would touch on some common myths in upcoming blogs, and while considering where to begin, I felt led that perhaps the best place to start was the myth of all religions leading to God.

2 Timothy 4:3 “For a time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, will accumulate teachers for themselves because they have an itch to hear something new.”

In today’s society, where political correctness has replaced truth, the myth of all religions leading to God has become more and more acceptable. In fact, if you suggest otherwise it actually makes people angry. As pointed out in the above scripture, many people simply will not tolerate it. But the truth of the matter is that this is a myth. If all religions led to God, it wouldn’t have been written at Matthew 7:14, How narrow is the gate and difficult the road that leads to life, and few find it.”

In the book of Exodus, Moses played an integral part in freeing the Jews from slavery from the Egyptians, who worshiped other gods. So, logically speaking, if every religion led to God, there would be no need of anyone to be freed or saved.

At John 8:31-32 it is written, “So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed Him, "If you continue in My word, you really are My disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

In today’s day and age, like the Jews in the book of Exodus, we again find ourselves surrounded by people who worship other gods, or, if they worship Yahweh, the Almighty God as Christians, they have been spoon fed falsehoods mixed with truth by the Shepherds that lead them. Many are also under the impression that if they are just a good person, they will go to heaven while others, like the Jehovah’s Witnesses, believe that only a mere 144,000 will make it to heaven.

In issue 21 of our newsletter, I wrote about how things will soon change and why our message is so important. I again find myself reiterating this because with each day that passes our message becomes more and more urgent.

Very soon, there will come a time when things will get so bad here on earth as we continue through the Tribulation, that religious communities will be turned on and houses of worship will be under attack by those turning on them. It will be then, more than ever, that the myth of all religions leading to God will rear its ugly head.

We have been given examples of how to stand steadfast in our faith in the face of adversity and those who wish to harm or kill our physical vessels (bodies). These examples extend all throughout the scriptures and not only in the New Testament. Christ, gave the more prominent example in how he suffered and died for our sins, but his disciples also went on to give examples as they were faced with floggings, jail, and eventually their own deaths for what they steadfastly believed.

That’s why it is so important to know, understand and believe with every fiber of our being that not all religions lead to God. And, when the time comes, we must stand with Father and Christ in truth and voice Christ as King even if it means the death of our physical vessels. If we do not stand firm in faith even in the threat of death, we will lose out in the hope of eternal life.
